Led by nationally and internationally recognized leaders in ophthalmology, we are seeking an outstanding Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Comprehensive Ophthalmologist to join our surgical team. Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a comprehensive ophthalmologist committed to clinical excellence, premium cataract surgery, advanced technology intraocular lenses, refractive excellence, and exceptional patient care.
We welcome applications from both experienced surgeons and outstanding early-career ophthalmologists who are motivated to develop a thriving anterior segment practice within a collaborative physician-led organization.
Fellowship training is desirable but not required. Candidates with demonstrated interest or experience in premium cataract and refractive surgery are encouraged to apply.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Completion of an ACGME-accredited U.S. Ophthalmology Residency Program required
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology
Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in the State of Nevada
Fellowship training is desirable but not required
Demonstrated interest or experience in premium cataract and refractive surgery
Excellent clinical, surgical, and interpersonal skills
Commitment to clinical excellence, professionalism, and patient-centered care
Full-time position
Minimal travel required
Shared community call with no hospital or trauma call responsibilities
Desire to build a long-term career within a physician-owned practice, with opportunities for physician partnership, organizational leadership, and ASC ownership
