Lead Physician Assistant General Surgery- Full Time

       Supervise Physician Assistants for General and Sub Specialties

       Daytime Hours, Nights/Weekends as needed

       Licensure, CME Time/Reimbursement

                                                   
Responsibilities 

      Manage Day to Day Clinical Operations

      Spearhead Process Implementation Initiative

      Coordinating PA schedules

      Collaboration with Clinical/Administration Leaders for Programmatic Growth

Qualifications 

       New Jersey PA license and NCCPA certification

       Prior Physician Assistant and Leadership Experience

       Exceptional interpersonal skills, ethics, professionalism, adaptability, and determination
