â�¢ Lead member of inter-institutional committee to monitor and meet quality, safety, regulatory, and accreditation standards, including FACT and CIBMTR.
â�¢ Directed pre-transplant processes including consultation, insurance approval, education, patient and donor evaluation and timetabling stem cell collection, admission and prep regimen.
â�¢ Arranged and monitored care for long term post transplant patients.
â�¢ Developed and maintain systems to track, communicate, and record care activity

1. Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing.
2. At least one year of experience in ambulatory care and/or quality.
3. License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan.
