Job Summary​Oversee and supervise the daily activities of the Nursing Education Department. Coordinates and supervises the delivery of nursing care and activities on assigned units. Assures compliance with the directives, policies and applicable laws and regulations. Responsible for developing and initiating improvements in the organization and delivery of high quality, cost effective patient care. Responsible for nursing clinical practice, budgetary personnel activities, and regulatory activities associated with the unit and the clinical department, and continuing support of Electronic Medical Record.Job Duties​Provides direct supervision to assigned personnel, assists with orientation and integration of new employees.
