The Medical Instrument Technician (MIT) is a member of the GI Endoscopy Team and provides assistance to the physician, registered nurse, and other team members during diagnostic endoscopy examinations or medical treatment procedures as part of the diagnosis and treatment of patients. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
