Learn more at www.multicarejobs.org Position Summary: The Nursing Director is responsible for achieving pediatric nursing standards of care, quality and management efficiencies for Mary Bridge Children's Network which includes all ambulatory and clinic settings. This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining clinical standards and competencies, continuous survey readiness, and coordination of regulated and elective education and training. This is achieved in partnership with directors, managers, and other leaders. The position determines and maintains processes to achieve increasingly effective and efficient clinical personnel performance and quality. This position will also be responsible for interpreting and integrating policies and procedures in a clinic office setting. Minimum Requirements: Six years of experience in progressively more responsible leadership/management roles Three (3) years of ambulatory care experience preferred Strategic, business and program development experience Experience working with physicians and physician groups in a collaborative manner Education/Licenses/Certifications: Advanced Degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) required, prefer nursing, health education or similar area RN License in State of Washington
