The Controller is a key member of the leadership team of Faith Regional Health Services in Norfolk, Nebraska. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Controller will support the vision, leadership, direction and administration of financial systems and strategy for Faith Regional Health and Skyview Medical Management Services.
The Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance required. Master’s Degree preferred.
Five years of previous experience in healthcare financial management
Previous healthcare experience preferred.
Knowledge of revenue cycle and allowances preferred.
Reconciliation knowledge and experience is required.
Faith Regional Health Services has a long tradition of delivering health care to the residents of Nebraska since 1923. Patients live in the primary and secondary service areas that encompass 13 counties in northeast and north central Nebraska.
