MHealth Fairviews Ambulatory Surgery is a joint commission certified facility that performs over 5,000 outpatient procedures/surgeries including such cases as; Ortho, GYN, Endo, Gastro, Plastics, ENT, Ophthalmology, Podiatry and Urology for pediatrics to adults.
We are seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist to support our Ambulatory Surgery Center as a scrub tech during surgical procedures for ages 6 months through geriatric. The Surgical Technologist will collaborate with the RN and Surgeon by adhering to standards of nursing practice and patient care, correct use of supplies/equipment and maintenance of the surgical suite under the direction of a RN. Cases will include but not limited to Ortho, GYN, Endo, ENT, Plastics and other outpatient surgeries.
Position is 56 hours in two weeks, with shifts currently days Monday-Friday, no holidays or weekends at this time. Benefit eligible position.

Assist the physician and nurse before, during, and after Endoscopy procedures, Endoscopy turnover and scope cleaning
Graduate from an approved Surgical Technology program
BLS for health care providers
2 years of experience working as a surgical technologist
Must be available to work Monday-Friday, day shifts
