The Manager of Systems Administration professional will lead a team of five direct reports supporting Vandyworks , the scheduling and staffing system used by approximately 19,000 employees across the Medical Center for requesting time off, self-scheduling, reporting, viewing their daily assignments and more. VandyWorks ensures that scheduling practices across the Medical Center are in compliance with the Vanderbilt Medical Center's scheduling and staffing policies. You will also oversee a team comprised of a Nurse Educator, Lead Customer Care Specialist and several Associate Customer Care Specialists in their daily operations, personal development, training, tasks and priority setting.
Nursing Support Services supports the high demands of agency staffing, scheduling, workforce reporting and workforce management tools for Vanderbilt University Medical Center. We provide training and support for the VandyWorks staffing application, management of all travelers for the inpatient hospitals and ambulatory settings.
