Catholic Health (CH) is seeking a Palliative Medicine physician to join their Palliative Medicine service at St. Catherine of Siena Hospital located in Smithtown, NY.

There are six hospitals, three skilled nursing facilities, a regional home nursing service, and a large hospice. The Catholic Health medical group includes over 600 physicians and 2500 support staff. The physicians and surgeons work in their six hospitals and 70 ambulatory offices. The system’s hospice & palliative medicine physicians have an established group practice managed by Good Shepherd Hospice.
Consultation service - you will play a key role in the Symptom Management and Supportive Care multidisciplinary team
Provide medical evaluation and treatment in both inpatient and outpatient settings
Collaborate with dedicated, highly skilled palliative medicine colleagues to deliver excellent patient care
