Leadership positions will assist in moving forward our strategic imperatives within and across our system of healthcare facilities.
Shriners Hospitals for Children is in search of exceptional executive candidates for the following key leadership roles:
Hospital Administrator: executive level positions leading a single location in a variety of delivery models including inpatient and ambulatory settings.
Corporate Administrator: executive level position supporting facilities in transition or in support of vacancies and succession planning. These positions will travel to locations across the system in support of strategic initiatives, furthering our academic and supporting affiliations, establishing new sites of service, and providing leadership during transition and support during succession planning.
Executive Director International Care Strategy
A new executive position leading and supporting international care and outreach initiatives and strategy. Fluency in Spanish required.
Successful candidates for administrator roles will have 15 years or more years of leadership experience at an executive level and a Master’s degree within a healthcare specialty or healthcare related field.
All opportunities require 5 years management experience in a non-profit healthcare system and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in at least one of the SHC service line (Pediatric orthopedics, burn care, cleft lip and palate).
