The RN ASC Clinic Administrator is responsible for the management and operations of the ASC on a whole. Included but not limited to are the oversight of all employees, HR responsibilities, Risk Management, Material Management, most aspects of the Business Operations, Credentialing Providers, Patient Safety, Quality Assurance, staff and provider scheduling and to ensure that the ASC functions in a fiscally responsible way while providing high quality compassionate and safe care.
The RN Clinic Administrator reports directly to the Medical Director and to the Governing Body.
The RN Clinic Administrator also works very closely with the Clinical Director and the Charge Nurse providing educational in-services monthly plus day to day guidance to all staff. Top priority is to ensure that the ASC functions in accordance to regulatory compliance at all times.
The Eye Surgery Center is located in the highly desirable Chittenden County, which is surrounded by the Green Mountains and Lake Champlain in South Burlington, Vermont.
