- Superior verbal and written skills, necessary to convey/discuss complex concepts with varying levels of authority.
- Exceptional critical thinking with a demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, analyze, anticipate, interpret, evaluate and problem solve to provide a safe, effective, and functional environment.
- Successful experience in meeting and maintaining all regulatory and compliance requirements in a surgery center setting, including state, federal, and AAAHC accreditation.
- Proficiency in Quality Improvement performance and studies, Risk Management, and regulatory, compliance, and reporting.
- A thorough understanding of Infection Control strategies, plans, procedures, and surveillance needs.
- Knowledge of essential Human Resource functions including, but not limited to credentialing tracking and reporting, scheduling, policies and procedures, records management, work performance reviews; Peer Review evaluations; as well as promotion and disciplinary action, including termination.
- Proven success in creating an outstanding patient, physician, and staff experience.
- Computer and software proficiency.
- The ability to assist with pre-op, post-op as needed (back up/circulator).
