The Director MSASC is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the MSASC and is directly accountable to the CEO of the corporation. The Director is accountable to assure quality care ot patients through management s of the clinical staff. The Director shall coordinate and monitor quality of care in accordance with the established policies and procedures of the organization as well as all regulatory bodies and agencies. Ensures that all staff members adhere to the strict confidentiality and regulatory guidelines. *Ensures timely staff performance evaluations, establishing performance criteria, assisting staff in identifying goals and implementing action for achievement. Responsible for holding staff accountable to maintain required certifications and licensures for the position they hold. Other duties assigned by CEO and /or Physicians
Requirements Education Baccalaureate Degree or equivalent experience Experience Five (5) Years of medical/surgical experience Five (5) years of management experience Americans with Disabilities Act Essential Duties: Allstarred items are essential duties of this position.
