Oversee and coordinate regulatory, compliance, accreditation, quality management, and performance improvement activities related to assigned functions including but not limted to policy and procedures; physician and nursing peer review; quality measures; and AAAHC, TDSHS and related State and Federal reporting.
Graduate of a Registered Nursing program, Bachelor Degree preferred

Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Practice Management and Electronic Health Record System, etc.);
Application of appropriate QI tools and processes;
Ability to analyze data and prepare print and electronic professional reports;

3-5 years nursing experience in Ambulatory Surgery Center required;
Relevant experience with AAAHC, TDSHS and related State and Federal compliance and reporting;
Relevant experience in continuous quality improvement methodologies and outcomes reporting highly preferred.
