UHS is seeking a dynamic and talented HR professional to provide strategic HR direction to Behavioral Health facilities located in the Southeast, ideally in the State of Florida. This position will primarily cover facilities in Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina. In this role you will provide strategic oversight to assigned facilities, as well as oversee human resources operations to determine areas of strength and opportunity for improvement. The Market HRD will collaborate with local and other company leaders to recruit, retain and develop employees to enable strong business and clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Design, develop and implement market recruitment plan with a focus on key positions including RN recruitment.
Collaborate with facility and other leaders in resolving issues with applicant pool or recruitment process flow and resolution.
Over see external recruitment plan including college recruiting job fair programs, etc.
Directly responsible for Human Resource Director recruitment within market and serves in interim role when vacancies occur in assigned facilities.
Foster a positive employee relations environment by working with facility leaders on integrating engagement strategy with recruitment and retention efforts. .
Conduct regular site visits to monitor HR department performance and create standardized HR processes across the market.
Develop dashboards and spreadsheets to understand key HR metrics and communicate impact to business leaders.
Utilize HRIS system to create systems for tracking and ensuring accuracy of employee data.
Provide guidance and assistance with labor related issues, including contract administration, as required. Works under the direction of the Staff Vice President, Labor Relations. Manage compensation activity.
Collaborate with corporate resources for periodic market study updates.
