Key ResponsibilitiesÂ include:
Ensure the safety and well-being of our residents
Assist and monitor daily living activities
Model appropriate social skills and set firm yet caring/nurturing limits
React therapeutically in a crisis situation and respond to residents with empathy and respect
Work within a team framework to ensure excellent care for our residents
