McDowell Center for children is seeking enthusiastic individuals to work with a diverse group of boys ages 12 - 18. Â
Applicants must possess the ability to interact with teenagers in a way that promotes behavioral, emotional and psycho-social changes.Â The Â qualifiedÂ applicant should have good inter-personal skills able to work among distractions. Â
Qualified applicant must be willing to work two of the three shifts:Â 7 am - 3pm; 3 pm - 11pm; 11pm- 7am.Â Shift differential paid for 2nd. and 3rd shifts. Â
