Retina Consultants of Southern California (RCSC), located in the Inland Empire of Southern California, is seeking a full time, fellowship-trained vitreoretinal surgeon to join our practice. We are a physician-owned single-specialty private-practice with four surgical retina-trained doctors. We have no interest or affiliation with private equity.

Our practice was founded in 2001 with four primary offices in Ontario, Redlands, Riverside, and Victorville. We provide surgical and medical retina care at Murrieta, Hemet, and Rancho Mirage, at Inland Eye Specialists (IES), as well as at the Loma Linda Veterans Affair (VA) Hospital. We operate exclusively at Inland Surgery Center (ISC), an ambulatory surgery center in Redlands, as well as the Loma Linda VA Hospital. We have an academic affiliation with Loma Linda University, and work with the ophthalmology residents at the Loma Linda VA Eye Clinic. RCSC is active in several multi-centered randomized clinical trials with a fully staffed clinical trials team at our Redlands office.

We are looking for an individual who is an excellent surgeon and clinician, who works well with others and who will continue our mission to provide great care to our patients and expand our clinical practice. The applicant must be board-certified or eligible, and must be eligible to obtain CA medical license or be currently licensed to practice within CA. There is potential for significant clinical and surgical volume growth, with easy access to a well managed outpatient operating room with retina-trained nurses and assistants. Clinic is supported by long-standing well-trained technicians and front-office staff for constant support and efficient care. The Inland Empire of Southern California is approximately 1 hour from downtown Los Angeles, Orange County, Palm Springs, and Big Bear. It is approximately 1.5 hours north of San Diego, thereby serving both urban and suburban communities.
