Plastic & Hand Surgeon – Shape the Future with Rochester Regional Health
Location: Unity Hospital, Rochester, NY
Schedule: Full-Time | Mix of Inpatient + Outpatient Procedures

What You’ll Do
- Provide care across reconstructive, cosmetic, and hand surgery (basic hand procedures and shared call with orthopedics are central to this role)
- Walk into a ready-made referral base supported by primary care and surgical colleagues
- Build a balanced practice with cases in both hospital and ambulatory surgery settings
- Collaborate across general, vascular, and breast surgery to deliver seamless care

The Essentials
- Hand Surgery Fellowship – Required
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery
- Eligible for a New York State Medical License
- Passion for patient-first care and teamwork
Compensation & Benefits
- $400K–$500K Base + Incentives
- Defined Pension Plan + 403(b) + 457(b)
- Malpractice with Full Tail Coverage
