Florida CVTS PA

Practice Setting:

• Inpatient setting at a Hospital in FL
• Work with a Cardiovascular/Cardiothoracic surgical team
• A fellowship is preferred

Schedule:

• Scheduled clinical hours with on-call coverage
• Beeper call is required
• No long-term commitment necessary beyond the length of the assignment

Procedures and Cases:

• Assist in the OR for cardiovascular surgeries
• Required to be skilled in vein harvesting
• All aspects of assisting a surgical team

Requirements:

• Must have an active Florida license
• Must have previous cardiovascular surgical experience
• Must be Board Eligible

Credentialing Requirements:

• Estimated timeframe is 30 days
• No temporary privileges are available
