Looking for a talented and driven Hand Surgeon seeking an opportunity to join a thriving, well-established private orthopedic practice? We are actively recruiting a fellowship-trained Hand & Upper Extremity Surgeon to join our busy and growing team. The practice is strictly hand to shoulder without general ortho call.
About the Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to step directly into an established practice with a high patient volume and strong referral base. Our practice provides comprehensive care from hand to shoulder, offering a full spectrum of surgical and nonsurgical services. The position offers an excellent balance of clinical autonomy and professional support — allowing you to focus on patient care and practice growth.
The incoming surgeon will:
- Manage a diverse caseload involving hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder conditions.
- Participate in hand call coverage at our affiliated local hospital. ~1 week a month
- Have the ability to grow quickly within an already busy referral network.
- Benefit from ancillary profit opportunities, including participation in our affiliated Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), MRI, Therapy and other in-office services

Requirements
Qualifications
- Fellowship-trained in Hand Surgery
- Board Certified or Board Eligible.
- Eligible for medical licensure in FL.
- Strong commitment to high-quality patient care and professional growth.
