Carolina Vision Center (CVC) is inviting highly motivated ophthalmologists to join our expanding private practice. This opportunity offers a dynamic, high-volume surgical and laser environment, equipped with advanced technology, robust referral networks, and a proven track record of clinical success.
About The Opportunity
- Surgical Volume: CVC handles over 2,500 cataract and refractive procedures annually, including blade-free cataract surgery utilizing ORA technology.
- Technology: Our in-house LASIK Center features the Wavelight suite, which includes FS200 & EX500 systems, Sightmap, Vario analyzer, and Wavenet system.
- Growth Path: New physicians can expect to perform 500–750 cataract, MIGS, and refractive cases in their first year, with the potential to scale to over 2,000 cases annually within three years.
- Specialties: We welcome cataract/refractive surgeons and retina surgeons who are interested in transitioning to, or advancing within, private practice.

Candidate Requirements
- MD or DO degree with completion of an ophthalmology residency
- ABO Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Proficiency in English (Spanish fluency is a plus)
- Strong surgical and leadership skills with a commitment to clinical excellence
