Foundations San Diego is seeking a self-motivated and talented Director of Outpatient Services
Foundations San Diego is a distinctive outpatient center meeting the unique needs of individuals with co-occurring disorders. Serving patients both locally and nationwide, our integrated treatment facility offers evidence-based therapies, a variety of educational sessions, and holistic options. Our experienced team members treat each patient with compassion and develop a plan according to that personâ€™s specific needs.
The Director of Outpatient Services provides leadership, management and oversight of clinical program and all associated administrative activities for the outpatient facility.
Key Responsibilities include:
Supervises clinical/program staff, including facilitating treatment team meetings, conducting staff meetings and ensuring provision of individual supervision. Includes scheduling of staff to balance both quality and efficiency of coverage.
Ensures regular, consistent, structured training of new staff and annual updates of the core components of our model (Motivational Interviewing, Stages of Change and Patient Centered Care) as well as other required trainings to meet regulatory standards (HIPAA, Risk Management, etc.) and Foundations Learning Center trainings.
Ensures clinical documentation meets both qualitative and quantitative standards set by the company, Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs for the State of California and Joint Commission.
Responsibility for business office oversight and business development strategies to develop an effective stream of referral sources.
Engages in the development of goals and strategies to effectively meet our operational and budgetary needs.
Completes monthly, quarterly and all other reports as required in a timely manner.
