We are seeking Director of Nursing to join our team. The Director of Nursing coordinates and delivers quality nursing care; serves actively and constructively as a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team to support the organization and program's treatment philosophy; ensures the safety and well-being of patients
This is a full time position reporting to the CEO.
Key responsibilities:
Responsible for coordinating nurse care for patients.
Addresses nursing issues as identified in PI or risk management reports or treatment team meetings with nursing staff on a regular basis; completes nursing PI reports/data collection as delegated by the Medical Director.
Oversees health maintenance of residents, schedules outside medical appointments, provides direct nursing care to patients as needed.
Oversees all aspects of Infection Control.
Oversees the clinical milieu.
Oversees the key aspects of the staff training plan.
