Calvary Addiction Recovery center is a 68-bed treatment center for drug and alcohol use disorders. Founded in 1964 Calvary has been a stable treatment center in Phoenix for over 50 years. Calvary offers around the clock nursing care for medical detox as well as a 30-day residential program based on the 12-steps of Alcoholics Anonymous. In addition to individual and group counseling, patients attend daily lectures and adjuvant therapies such as the Japanese Friendship Garden, Equine Therapy, Auricular Acupuncture, Boot Camp and other activities. The previous listed are the services provided for inpatient. Calvary also offers PHP (Partial Hospital Program) M-F from 9-3 and seven different options for Intensive Outpatient. Calvary has witnessed the successful effects of keeping a patient in the full continuum of care from detox through IOP.
As PHP Therapist you will be working closely with two other PHP Coordinators and the PHP Behavioral Health Technician. Therapists coordinate care for our patients by assisting with their step down, working with the patients sober livings, calling insurance companies and charting/documenting in the patients charts including treatment plans.

The PHP Therapist is to serve actively and constructively as a member of the multi-disciplinary treatment team, supporting the organization and program philosophy of care to ensure the safety and well-being of each patient.
