Foundations San Diego is a distinctive outpatient center meeting the unique needs of individuals with co-occurring disorders. Serving patients both locally and nationwide, our integrated treatment facility offers evidence-based therapies, a variety of educational sessions, and holistic options. Our experienced team members treat each patient with compassion and develop a plan according to that person's specific needs.
The Administrative Coordinator provides overall administrative support to the Director of Outpatient services for all out patient activities and functions.
Key Responsibilities include:
Works collaboratively with Admission Center staff and serves as first point of contact for Admission Center referrals.
Provides timely follow-up to the Admissions Center for referral and admission tracking purposes. Coordinates with the Clinical Team and oversees the intake and admission function.
Integrates Patient Centered Care into all interactions with patients and their families.
Complies with all HIPPA and 421 CFR regulations as well as California rules and regulations.
Responsible for Patient Chart Management to include timely completion of peer review.
