The Oregon Clinic Gastroenterology Divisions are seeking a full-time Quality Assurance Manager to join the team. The QA Manager will work from the GI South location in Oregon City, but will be required to visit sites in SW Portland and NE Portland weekly.
The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for leadership, planning, evaluation and management of the Gastroenterology (GI) Endoscopy Centers’ quality management (QM), quality assurance (QA) and quality improvement (QI) programs and projects. This position supports and assists the Director of Operations, Managers and Physician leadership of GI Divisions in the presentation and dissemination of QM, QA and QI information, and in the completion and presentation of related projects both at the division and department level. Responsible for linking peer review, quality improvement and risk management activities into one comprehensive program, and promoting a health care environment that is efficient and exceptional in quality. This position is also responsible for external and internal reporting of quality data as needed to satisfy regulatory compliance, participate in national registries, and support contract negotiations. Acts as a liaison between GI Divisions and TOC Quality and Risk Management. Starting pay range, based on experience: $74,000 - $92,000 per year.

Current Oregon State Registered Nurse license. Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. 5+ years of experience in Endoscopy and Quality Assurance experience. Ability to analyze, prepare and present quality related reports and projects. Knowledge of statistical techniques. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Must understand the essential activities for the divisions, and measure, report and help remedy any identified problems. Knowledge of medical practice processes.
